Terms of use
Updated November 5, 2026
Scope
These terms govern use of the promotional website whatanoise.com. Access is free. They are not a game license, a purchase agreement, a subscription or an invitation to make a payment. Separate terms may apply to future game releases, playtests and distribution platforms.
Fair use
Use this website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate Exile Games or use the site's materials in a misleading way. Normal browsing, linking and truthful discussion of the game are welcome.
Development information
Trailers, artwork and demonstrations show a game in development and may differ from the final release. The trailer includes staged gameplay and animated explanatory graphics. The soundboard is a prerecorded example, not an online multiplayer session. Platform announcements do not establish a release date, price, feature guarantee or current store availability.
Press materials
The press kit is provided for editorial and creator coverage of What a Noise. Identify the game and credit Exile Games, preserve the meaning of the materials, and do not imply that your publication is official or endorsed. Other uses of protected materials may require permission from the relevant rights holder.
External destinations
Links to publisher news, email and third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own policies. This website does not collect newsletter subscriptions or take responsibility for an external service's operation.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and usable, but it may be updated, temporarily unavailable or contain errors. Please report problems to info@exile.games. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
Law and changes
Applicable Spanish and European Union law governs this website, subject to any mandatory protections in your place of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable law. We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website; the date of the current version appears above.
