Who is responsible
Exile Games is responsible for personal data processed in connection with whatanoise.com. Contact info@exile.games for privacy questions or to exercise your rights. This policy describes this promotional website; it does not replace the privacy information of the released game or of external stores.
What this website does
You can browse without creating an account. We do not operate a sign-up form, payment service, advertising system or analytics tracker here. Fonts, images, sample sounds and videos are served from our own website. The interactive sound demonstration uses prerecorded samples: it does not request your microphone, record your voice or upload audio.
Technical data
Your IP address and request information are necessarily processed to deliver pages and protect the service. Ordinary access logging is disabled for this site. Limited diagnostic or security records may include the IP address, time, requested path and technical error. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Diagnostic logs normally expire within 30 days, unless needed to investigate a specific incident or meet a legal obligation.
If you contact us
When you email us, we process your address and the information you choose to send to answer your inquiry. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or steps at your request before a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the inquiry and any applicable legal responsibilities. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Providers and external services
The site runs on the same hosting infrastructure as exile.games, provided by IONOS. Authorized hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf to provide those services. We do not sell personal data. Following a link to the Exile Games newsletter, a store or another website takes you to that website, where its own privacy policy applies. This site does not automatically subscribe you to anything.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@exile.games. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es or your competent supervisory authority. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
Children and updates
This website does not knowingly collect children's information through forms or accounts. A minor who wishes to send personal information by email should ask a parent or guardian for help. We will update this policy if the website's data practices change; the revision date appears above.
